Short spiral-shaped pasta making it easier for the sauce to be stored on the surface, usually used for salads, as well as cheese and milk based sauces, tomato sauce with sliced meat or fish. Boiling time can be adjusted according to the desired thickness, ranging from 10-12 minutes. The faster it boils the more chewy it is and vice versa. Made from durum wheat and water only.
