Ryorishu (Cooking sake) are made for culinary purpose. Cooking sake is rich in Umami taste (Umami originate from Rice and Yeast). By using Ryorishu, it mask the smell from meat & fish. Marinate meat & fish with ryorishu can tenderize their meat and reduce the loss of water content from the meat itself.
